Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Longevity Atlas, operated by phycyber ("we", "us"), and any Ingredient Intel File you commission. By using the site or purchasing, you agree to them.

1. What Longevity Atlas is

Longevity Atlas is an evidence-intelligence service. We index public scientific sources, grade the maturity of human evidence, and produce decision-support reports. We do not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, or treatment advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to use, sell, or formulate any intervention.

2. The Ingredient Intel File

An Intel File is generated by our evidence engine and validated through quality controls, with human review for higher-risk or ambiguous cases. We confirm scope and pricing before any payment. Standard turnaround is around 7 business days unless otherwise agreed. An Intel File reflects the evidence available at the time it is produced; evidence changes, and a report is not a guarantee of any outcome, efficacy, safety, or regulatory approval.

3. Evidence grades are not efficacy or recommendations

Confidence scores and evidence tiers describe the maturity and quality of available human evidence — not effect size, not a verdict that an intervention works, and not advice to use it. You are responsible for your own regulatory, clinical, and commercial decisions, and for any claims you make about your products.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or resell our content or reports without written permission.
• Do not present our outputs as medical advice or as endorsement of a product.
• Do not use the service to make unlawful or unsubstantiated health claims.

5. Payment & refunds

Prices are shown in USD (with a CNY equivalent for mainland China). Scope and price are confirmed before payment. Because each Intel File is custom work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery; contact us and we will deal with you fairly and in line with applicable consumer law.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive a license to use your Intel File for your internal business decisions. The site, methodology, software, and underlying evidence database remain the property of phycyber. Public ingredient pages and methodology are provided for reference and may not be redistributed as your own.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on our reports. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which phycyber is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the local law of your country of residence.
