Privacy Policy

Longevity Atlas is operated by phycyber ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We serve customers across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, the United States and other markets; where the mandatory data-protection law of your country gives you stronger rights, that law applies.

1. Information we collect

• Information you submit. When you request an Ingredient Intel File or contact us, we collect the ingredient or claim, target market, formulation stage, and your email address. When you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address.
• Payment information. If you purchase, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation and order details, not your full card number.
• Technical information. Basic, aggregate server and usage logs (e.g. page requests). We do not build advertising profiles.

2. How we use it

• To confirm scope and pricing, produce and deliver your Intel File, and respond to your inquiries.
• To send the updates you opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and commercial relationships never alter our public evidence grades.

3. Service providers

We share the minimum necessary data with processors that run the service on our behalf:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Supabase — secure storage of intake and subscription records.
• Resend — transactional and notification email.
• A payment provider — to process purchases.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies — for example, to remember your language preference and, if you sign in, to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

5. Data retention

We keep intake and customer records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for marketing email. To exercise any of these, email longevity@phycyber.ai. We respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

7. International transfers

Because we serve multiple regions, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Children

The service is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
